The Parish Council is saddened to learn that Marlene Cowell passed away on 27 December 2025.
From the 1940's, Marlene lived her life in and around Milcombe and Bloxham and was a steadfast and hard working supporter of the Milcombe community for many years.
This included as Church Warden, organist and flower arranger at the Church, Clerk to the Village Hall Committee and also as Clerk, Councillor and Chairman of Milcombe Parish Council.
The PC passes its condolences to Marlene’s family and friends at this sad time and she will be very much missed by the community.
